Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed with expedited shipping will be processed the same day (when placed before 7pm EST) and ship out for 1-2 day delivery within 24 hours. Orders placed with standard shipping will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and then shipped out by USPS Priority Mail.
Please note international shipments may subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of goods, these are the customer's responsibility.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Maxie & Nova products can be exchanged or returned for a refund (to the original payment method) for up to 30 days from purchase date.
Products must in new condition in the original packaging for us to be able to honor a full refund or exchange.
Accessories must be unopened and in new condition to be eligible for return.
NOTE: Return shipping price not included.International sales are final.
